I have a question to ask you. I'm currently a patient using invisalign for now 3 months. I've been told that I should be brushing and flossing my teeth after every meal before putting my invisalign back in. Also, I should be wearing my invisalign for at least 20 hrs a day which leaves me about an hour for each meal. After reading this article, I feel like I'm stuck in between a rock and a hard place. Its recommended that I not brush for an hour after each meal so my enamel can remineralize yet I need to keep my invisalign aligners in for as long as I can each day. What do you recommend I do to get around it? I'd like to progress with my treatment, yet not lose any enamel either. Any ideas? Thanks so much! Jannice Hi Dr. Prior!
